The Uruguay international recounted a recent incident during a shopping trip with his wife in Manchester that left him distraught.
Suarez said: "About a week ago I was walking in a shopping center near Manchester and three or four guys asked me for a photo, While we were posing for it my wife said to me "Luis, get out of the photo."
“Things like that get on your nerves. My wife was on the brink of tears and the blokes ran off laughing. You get tired of stuff like that."
The fans were taunting Suarez in reference to the incident at Anfield where Luis Suarez bit Chelsea defenderBranislav Ivanovic which saw him slapped with a ten match ban.
