Why Ghetto radio’s MBUSII rejected Radio Citizen’s offer to take Radio Jambo’s

Monday, June 10, 2013 - Just some few months ago, Ghetto Radio’s Air Goteana show host Mbusii was offered a six figure salary among other benefits by Radio Citizen, a move that he declined.

Ever wondered why? Well even though the money was good, Mbusii who is very famous among the urban youth for his freestyle sheng lingo owes his success to his connection with the youth.

Mbusii revealed that Citizen Radio which is the second most listened to Radio station in Kenya demanded that he toned down his use of sheng and he rejected the offer. Howeverradio Jambo is not giving him any condition which is an ok for him.
